It renders convincing 3D in real time and supports fully interactive experiences combining rendered scenes with imagery and video.

Three.js: Built for the Browser

Three.js is the practical choice for 3D that has to run everywhere. It renders 3D graphics directly in the browser via WebGL, with no plugin and no install.

It’s the most efficient of the three for web delivery, and it allows full customisation of a 3D space. Best suited to focused work: a product configurator, a single hero object a visitor can rotate, a compact interactive showcase. For a whole virtual environment, Unity or Unreal will serve better.
